At Forms Alley, we are committed to delivering high-quality architectural and interior design services. Since our work involves significant time, effort, and planning, we maintain the following Refund & Cancellation Policy:
1. Services
- Once a consultation, design, or project planning service has been initiated, payments made are non-refundable.
- For services that have not yet started, you may request a cancellation within 48 hours of payment. In such cases, a partial refund may be granted after deducting administrative/processing charges.
2. Products (if applicable)
- If you purchase any physical/digital product through our website (e.g., design templates, reports, or resources), all sales are final and non-refundable once the product is delivered or downloaded.
3. Advance Payments & Project Fees
- Advance payments or booking amounts made to secure a project are non-refundable, as they reserve our time and resources.
- In the case of full project fees paid upfront, if the client cancels before project commencement, a partial refund may be issued (after deducting administrative and resource allocation charges).
4. Project Delays & Client Responsibilities
- If a project is delayed due to client-side reasons (e.g., failure to provide required inputs, approvals, or documents), no refund will be issued.
- If a delay occurs due to Forms Alley’s fault, we will work with the client to resolve the issue fairly.
5. Special Cases
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis in situations of:
- Duplicate payments due to technical errors.
- Incorrect billing amounts.
